Well, your best bet is to find a dress pattern with the similar seams - they shouldn't be too difficult, look at patterns under dresses (regular or fancy one's should have something that would work, with the lines down the front and the straps) Add zippers into the seams, instead of just sewing them together normally.

There are a bunch of patterns for something with a hood, that should help, too! But the dress you'll definitely be able to find something similar to - JoAnn fabrics has Simplicity patterns on sale for the next day or two for $1.99 if you're in the US; otherwise, call a local fabric store or check online -- all of the major manufacturers (Butterick, McCalls, Simplicity) have their cataloges online that you can browse through.

When picking out the pattern, look at the line art image on the back - that will tell you exactly where the seams are. Don't worry about having to shorten a dress or something like that - that's really easy to do!
